Employee Wellness Programme

FactBe is a cost effective, always-on, self-led employee wellness programme. The programme empowers employees to take control of their 4 pillars of health: mental; physical; emotional and financial, by providing easy access to a range of remote and in-person tools and resources employees can access as and when they need them.

Once up and running, it requires limited input from the business. However, we will provide anonymised analytics and feedback to help guide you on the general state of wellbeing amongst your workforce and provide tailored advice to help overcome specific challenges.

Increasing remote and flexible working options means it's not always easy for managers to spot the signs of mental health or wellbeing difficulties. At any one time, one in six people of the working age population of Britain experience symptoms associated with mental ill health. 55% of respondents, in the CIPD good work index survey, who have experienced depression in the past 12 months said work had contributed, however, only 36% discussed this with their boss or employer.

24/7 Telephone Access

Every call is answered immediately by a BACP accredited counsellor who can immediately begin providing support for personal or work related issues. The service is confidential, providing impartial advice and support.

Information Services

Telephone and online access to a team of dedicated, professionally qualified Information Specialists who can provide practical information and advice on all common topics including – Consumer, Legal, Finance, Housing, Benefits, Family and much more.

Face-to-Face Counselling

A UK wide network of BACP accredited Associate Counsellors ensures easy local access to counselling. Following an assessment by Telephone Counsellors, referrals are made within 24Hrs.

Wellbeing Portal

Comprehensive advice, information and articles covering personal and work related issues. All content is updated frequently by our panel of Counsellors, Information Specialists, Nutritionists, Health and Fitness Experts.


Online Counselling

Real-time 1:1 secure access to support via an online messenger style service. Confidentiality, security and anonymity help remove the barriers to accessing the service. The online service connects individuals with BACP accredited counsellors.

Debt Management

Dedicated debt management team includes both practical and emotional support for debt and finance related issues, ranging from basic budgeting advice, to out of control spending and all debt related issues

Occupational Health

An additional service to bolt on to your package gives you access to a qualified Occupational Health therapist to support your return to work process.
