We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new feature: The Hub Academy.
From 1st July, we will offer live, interactive learning on the FACT3 Hub via our 'People' platform.
The Hub Academy is designed to give employees direct access to 12 expert-led, 45-minute sessions per year, across business-critical areas. From strengthening compliance to enhancing productivity and supporting personal growth, this unique offering is packed with practical, high-impact learning, to help people and businesses thrive.
This is NOT e-learning; this is real people delivering real-time courses.
Our LIVE Courses:
Compliance & Legal: Data Security, Employment Law, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Prevention of Sexual Harassment.
Productivity & Technology: Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Teams, Time Management.
Performance & Growth: Goal Setting, Growth Mindset, Difficult Conversations, Wellbeing.
To accommodate busy schedules, each session will be delivered multiple times throughout the year, allowing employees to self-register for the dates and times that work best for them.

The cost is fixed at £2.50 per person per month for 2026 - which is just £30 per person per year.
